Get Your Glow On:  Gathas – You Gotta Have One!

I use the Gathas, simple short versus, from this book to help me with practicing mindfulness. Sending one to you that I love! 

Touching the Earth’s skin
with all my senses,
I get to know the heart of my garden,
and I vow to nurture it. 
 

As a meditation, I simply breathe in on the first line and exhale on the second, inhale on the third line, exhale on the fourth. 


If you are a bit stressed out - take just a few minutes to capture some bliss by closing your door, putting your phone on silence and stepping off for a few moments of calm.
